Rung to welcome Reverend Lorna Brabin-Smith as the new Rector of All Saints Branston, St Andrew’s Potterhanworth and All Saints Nocton whose service of Institution and Induction took place here on Thursday.
Rung also to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the rededication of this Church on 17th March 1966 after the disastrous fire of Christmas Day 1962, and to mark the 1966 thanksgiving peal for the restoration and rededication, which was rung here on the first Sunday after the rededication, on Sunday 20th March 1966.
Rung immediately following the Palm Sunday Service & Procession. The ringers of 1, 3, 4 & 6 are members of the local band. 50th peal together: 5,6.
