Especially arranged and rung in affectionate remembrance of Philip Chalk MA, MBBChir, FRCS, FRCOG, esteemed Past Master and sometime Trustee of the Society; also a supporter of peal ringing at St Peter's which was his leading tower for tower-bell peals having rung 43 between 1990 and 2004. Philip died on April 4th 2015 aged 84. The conductor's 450th 12-bell peal. 100th peal of Stedman Cinques - 3. The 150th 12-bell peal in the tower.
