A thanksgiving for the life of J Frederick Howard, a ringer at St Paul's for over 53 years & tower captain for 20 years. Past churchwarden, former Sunday school superintendent and faithful church member. The ringers of 1,3,4,5,6 took part in Fred's last attempt at a Q on "his" bells and were pleased to be joined by one of his longstanding ringing friends in this thanksgiving quarter. Rung on the same six and to the same methods as Fred's last attempt
