Rung prior to the service celebrating the life of Thomas Linacre, on the 500th anniversary of his death.
Thomas Linacre was born in 1460 at Linacre Hall in this parish. He became Royal Physician to Kings Henry VII and Henry VIII and founded the Royal College of Physicians. He died on 20th October 1524.
