Rung in memory of Ivan Wallace, much-loved grandfather of Steph, who was for ten years a ringer at Holywood, Northern Ireland. After hanging up his sally, he supported his granddaughter in learning to ring at Presteigne and donated generously towards the rehanging of the bells in 2016.
