Also remembering F/Sgt Arthur Hayes Allison DSM (Great Uncle to Caroline Barker, wife of the conductor) and the rest of the crew on Lancaster LM284 who lost their lives 80 years ago today when their plane crashed on a test flight from East Kirkby in Lincolnshire.
