Rung to mark the retirement from ringing of Ernie Arnold after 75 years. He learnt to ring at Slaugham in 1948 and has decided at the age of 97 that the time has come to stop ringing. After the quarter peal we were treated to lunch by members of Ernie's family and the local band.
