Rung in memory of R Jean Nixon of Penkridge a former member of this QP Group who died suddenly last week aged 77. Jean did a lot for bell ringing in this area including being organiser of the Tuesday Day Time Band - a sociable group of ringers which met every month on the third Tuesday for Ringing at Tower A/Pub lunch/Ringing at Tower B. Jean will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Our commiserations to her husband Jim (also a former ringer with the Monday QP Band) & her daughter Ruth.
