Belated 70th birthday compliments to Hazel Bing (2.7.1952), Bill Lanyon (2.7.1952) and David Connearn (29.12.1952).
Also, birthday compliments in July to several of our ringers - Graham Long (9th), Shelagh Norman (9th) and Mike Medway (21st) - former ringer who now lives in Westgate-on-Sea.
Remembering our dear friend and ringer, Canon John Ardley on what would have been his 84th birthday (2.7.1939 to 1.2.2004).
Also, congratulations to Revd Tati Gutteridge, Curate of St Alfege's, on her Ordination as Priest on Saturday 1st July 2023 at St Luke's Church, Peckham. She celebrated her First Mass at St Alfege's this morning.
The conductor would also like to dedicate the ringing to the memory of his parents-in-law, Bill and Norma Oliver whose ashes were scattered on Seaham Beach, County Durham on Thursday 29th June 2023.
