Rung in honour of NOEL ANDERSON, ringer at Presteigne and Knighton for many years, who at the age of 89 has decided to hang up his sally. The quarter peal was followed by a slap-up meal in the church hall cooked by our very own Keith Hatfield and attended by ringers past and present with honoured guests.
