St Nicholas Tuesday, 5 November 1728 in 3h 27 (25) 5040 Grandsire Triples "Tuesday being the Anniversary of the Gunpowder Treason, the same was observed in this City as usual. And from Yarmouth I have an Account, That on the same Day the Ringers of that Town rang the whole Peal called Grandsire Trebles, consisting of 5040 Changes; (being the compleat number upon 7 Bells; which they perform'd in 3 Hours and 27 Minutes, by Eight single Men, the Tenor weighing 2800 Weight."
