Rung as a wedding compliment to Fr David Matthews and Wendy Griffiths of Marshfield. The annual Barmouth Christmas peal. Offa’s Dyke created a great brittonic enclave. Whilst elsewhere the Anglo-Saxons pushed their conquests forward the nature of the Welsh countyside, the number of their inhabitants and their ferocity in war preserved a unique culture whereby the Welsh kingdom formed an essential unity. This realisation fostered the name of Cymru, “comrades”, which became the Welsh people’s own name for themselves. Another “sterling” tenor performance by “Tony” and our thanks to Stephen for his assistance in researching this place notation. An excellent method, with all the full flavour of that “iconic” method “Barmouth Surprise Major”. Where will this be rung again?
