The Tenor was tolled 85 times with ringers taking it in turns, one blow for each year of the life of our friend and long-time member of the Stoulton bell-ringers Henry Morris, who passed away on 31st July. Also present: Linda Taylor and Lily Fowle who kept count. We would like to associate the following retired Stoulton ringers with this event: Doreen Jopp, Peter and Christine Moreton, Ray Roberts. Also current ringer Caroline Hallam. RIP Henry, a true gentleman.
