Rung to celebrate the Coronation yesterday of H.M. King Charles III. All the ringers are aged between 8 and 13 and have learnt to ring as part of the Ringing for the King scheme. They rang the first 5 of our 6 bells our 5th being 8 cwt. The tenor was rung by William Henderson aged 17 who has joined almost all the training sessions. All have indicated a desire to continue ringing and some have already been to some senior band practices.
