This is the first peal of Major ever rung in the county of Monmouthshire. This is the second peal on the bells and the first since 1837. The company wish to thank the Vicar for the use of the bells, also Mr. Morley the Captain of the local band for getting all things in order. The peal will be long remembered to those who listened to it that came from various parts of the country. Rung by the St Michael's Junior Society, Gloucester.
