New Principles:

Proton: 5.3.1.3.1.3.5.LE3 Bob = 1

Neutron: 125.5.1.5.125.3.5.LE3 Single = 345

Electron: 5.1.5.3.1.3.5.LE1 Single = 345

11 extents each consisting of 1 course of Proton ending with a bob, 1 course of Neutron ending with a single, 1 course of Electron ending with a single.

In this arrangement Proton consists of +ve rows, Electron consists of -ve rows and Neutron consists of an equal number of +ve and -ve rows (polarity neutral in a manner of speaking).

Possibly the first quarter peal of doubles rung using an extent on the plan of three 40 change principles spliced together in whole courses.
