A tribute to Lesley Dolphin on her retirement from Radio Suffolk in her home town. She did a lot to publicise and promote ringing in Suffolk.

Rung immediately before the Mayor’s Service (Councillor Sharon Harkin), with visits by other Civic Dignitaries, including the twin town Wesel. It is also Felixstowe Carnival weekend.
