Celebrating 30 years of 'The 41', using the original composition.
Rung on the 30th anniversary of the first tower bell peal of the Standard 41 Surprise Minor to be rung in a 5040 with regular calls and without half-lead splicing. It was rung in this tower, with ringers of 2, 4 and 5 taking part, Tim conducting. Brian Bladon (rang the third) and Bernard Stone (treble) wish to be associated with this peal. Tony Peake (RIP) rang the fourth.
A similar composition was rung on handbells on 17/05/1992 by Lesley Belcher, Philip Saddleton and Roger Bailey (C).
