Rung to welcome H.R.H. Princess Anne, The Princess Royal, to the City. Rung during her visit to the nearby Emergency Services Hub where she officially opened the new building. The Emergency Services Hub is within ear shot of St Peter-at-Gowts bells and you can see the tower from the Hub.
