This is the first peal on the bells, which have recently been increased from six to eight by the addition of two trebles by Mears & Stainbank.
First 5040 changes by W West who hails from Wolverton, Bucks, and first 5040 on eight bells by F J Bird and W Freeman. F J Bird hails from Harrold, Beds and W Freeman from Emberton, Bucks, the remainder from Bedford.
