Rung open in celebration of the life of Father John Widdows who passed away yesterday. John was Rector of the Vale from 1992 to 1999. Also a bell ringer he rang thirteen quarter peals with the Vale band including his first quarter peal in 1994 and his first "inside" in 1999. May he rest in peace and rise in Glory.
