Commemoration Ringing in memory of Shaun Ingall. Shaun was 64 years old, born 17 March 1956 and passed away on 20 August 2020.
Shaun was a talented musician playing the tuba in the Royal Artillery Band and the Viola in the Royal Artillery Orchestra. He joined the Royal Artillery Band at Woolwich in 1973. In 1976 he was posted to The Royal Artillery Mounted Band serving at Larkhill, Salisbury Plain and Dortmund, Germany. He returned to Woolwich in the mid 1980s and finally retired in 1996 after 23 years service as a Sergeant.
After retirement Shaun was a well respected musician playing in The Belvedere Concert Band. In recent years, Shaun and his wife Anne retired to Halifax, in West Yorkshire.
Some former RA Band members and friends, Tony and Sally Saunders, Bob and Jacqui Harley came to listen to the ringing in the churchyard
