Rung as a compliment to Peter Cook, father of the treble ringer, and tower captain at Roos, on being awarded the MBE in the Queen's New Years Honours list, for services to charity in Withernsea. Peter, who was prevented from ringing in the peal by health problems, is due to be invested with his MBE on Tuesday 29th February at Buckingham Palace.
