Rung during the official switch on of the City’s Christmas Lights and during the Civic Procession from the Guildhall. The ceremony and service which took place at the City War Memorial on the High Street just up from St. Mary-le-Wigford’s, was attended by the Right Worshipful the Mayor of Lincoln who delivered her Christmas Message, along with the City Sheriff, members of the Civic Party and the Freemen of the City, with Carols led by the Salvation Army Band.
Rung during the first night of Lincoln’s Late Night Christmas Shopping to add to the City’s festive atmosphere.
