Richard Chidlaw has supported Berkeley church as a non-stipendiary minister for twenty-five years, spanning three incumbencies. After they became part of the Berkeley benefice, Stone and Hill churches also learned to look forward to his thoughtful and engaging sermons. We are honoured that this morning's service in Stone will be his last for the benefice prior to his retirement, and welcome the opportunity to ring a quarter peal to celebrate his quarter century of service.
