To mark the 89th anniversary of the discovery of the (dwarf) planet Pluto. The method was first rung, to a handbell peal by the Society of Interplanetary Youths conducted by (no surprise here) Roger Bailey, in March 1997, in memory of Clyde W. Tombaugh, the astronomer who discovered Pluto and who died in January that year. In turn we remember Roger, who died in January 2013.
