Rung to commemorate the life of Christopher Bolton, L/Cpl. 512922. 14th Battalion London Regiment (London Scottish). Killed in action Wednesday 21 August 1918. Age 21. Lived Aspley Guise. Enlisted London. Son of John and Elizabeth Bolton of 87 High Street, Ridgmont. Commemorated: Locre No.10 Cemetery, Heuvelland, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Ref. B.9, also on Ridgmont war memorial.
Also in fond and affectionate memory of C Michael Orme (17 August 2018) and his many significant contributions to Bedfordshire ringing.
