Rung in memory and on the centenary of the death of Pte. David Wiseman who enlisted in the Royal Fusilliers Regiment, Service No. Ps/6177, and later transferred to the “Z” Company, 4th Battalion, Royal Fusilliers, Service no. G/55230. David died on 21st March 1918 aged 36 and is commemorated in the Wancourt British Cemetry, Pas de Calais, France. He was awarded the Victory and British medals.
