Rung in celebration of the life of Paul D Collin

The ringers of 2 and 4 were Pauls Mother and Father, the ringer of the treble was Pauls sister.

This Quarter Peal was rung in the tower where Paul rang his first Peal on 12th June 1976 when he became the youngest ringer to ring a Peal for the Lincoln Diocesan Guild at the age of 9 years and 7 months. The ringers on 2,4, and 5 rang these same bells in that peal.

Laura Collin (Pauls wife) rang rounds with the band before and after this quarter peal.

Silk Willoughby was also the home tower of Pauls Grandfather Henry Collin.
