Specially arranged so that Ioannis (pronounced Yanni) could ring a QP in memory of his late Grandad, Albert Degg, former tower captain at this church. Dedication in Greek: Ο Άγγελος παππούς του Γιάννη. "To the angel Grandfather of Ioannis"
Ioannis' mother, grandmother & several other relatives were present in church to witness the QP & provided the ringers with refreshments afterwards.
