First ringing on these fine Gillett and Johnson bells for 5 years, following reinforcement and restoration of the tower.

This impressive church was the first major commission for the architect Charles Barry. He later redesigned and rebuilt the Houses of Parliament into the familiar form we know today, for which he was subsequently knighted.
