The Queen’s (Royal West Surrey Regiment) 6th Bn. Service No.10674. Commemorated at Etaples Military Cemetery, France, Grave XXV A 2A. Born 1890. Son of Joseph and Louisa Gorringe (née Jenner) of Chiddingly, Sussex. He worked as a farm labourer before enlisting. Born: Hale Green, Sussex. Enlisted: Eastbourne. Resided: Hale Green, Sussex.
