On the occasion of the 137th Annual General Meeting of the Kent County Association of Change Ringers [Founded 1880] held in this, the Tonbridge District, and to commemorate the resolution of the meeting to continue the Objectives of the Association, namely ringing for the services of the church, and ringers as church workers.
