Martin Turner would like to be associated with this quarter peal, he would have rung had he not sustained a broken foot.

Rung on the 100th anniversary of the death of Raymond Judge, aged 24, at Vimy Ridge on 9th April 1917. Raymond rang at Kidlington before emigrating to Canada in around 1912. Raymond is Martin and Christopher's Great Uncle.

This QP was rung after a peal attempt of the same method unfortunately came to grief.
