Son of William Shipp Smith and Ellen Smith of 123 Russell Road, Wimbledon. He worked as a Warehouse Assistant before enlisting. Born: Wimbledon. Enlisted: Wimbledon. Resided (1911 Census): 123 Russell Road, Wimbledon. BD.
