Rung by the local band with the bells fully muffled for Lent prior to the morning service to thank Pam Garner (aged 87) for her loyal and tireless dedication and commitment to St Andrew’s Church whilst serving as Church Warden for 19 years, after standing down as Church Warden last week at the Church AGM. Pam also stood down from the PCC after serving as a member for 33 years but continues as Organist a post she has held since 1983. Pam also served as Chair of the Bell Fund Committee between 1999 & 2004 when we were raising funds to restore and augment the bells.
Rung to welcome Rachel Eades as the new Church Warden.
