Rung marking the anniversary of the birth of William Arthur Henry Cavendish-Bentinck, 7th Duke of Portland, born 16th March 1893 at Welbeck Abbey.
In 1914 the bells at Cuckney were augmented and rehung through the generosity of William Cavendish-Bentinck, 6th Duke of Portland, with the two new trebles being given by the Duke to commemorate his Silver Wedding and the coming of age (21st) of his elder son William, then the Marquis of Tichfield, later to be the 7th Duke of Portland.
