Rung in memory of Private William Henry Pearce, a ringer in this tower, who fell in action on 15 February 1917. May he rest in peace and rise in glory. Call changes were selected for this performance as this is almost certainly the type of ringing which would have taken place at the Cathedral prior to the First World War.
