Rung on Easter Sunday in thanksgiving for the life of Martin Pring of Maidstone, Kent, father of Sue Francis and father-in-law of Ray Francis both formerly of the Barrow band, who died yesterday aged 76 years. Martin was a Life Member and former President of the National Guild of Police Ringers.
