Rung by the local band with the bells half muffled to mark the centenary of the death of Private Albert Moyses who served in the 1st/8th Battalion Sherwood Foresters Notts & Derby Regiment and was killed on 14th October 1915 aged 17. He was the first Dunston resident to be killed during the Great War.
