Especially arranged as a 5040 to Roger Bailey's 6-part, but this was lost in the 2nd part, and the above was rung 'open' in thanksgiving for the life of Raymond Cox (Uncle to Aimée Cox who learnt to ring here in 1998) whose funeral was held at New Romney Church this morning. The ringing at Burmarsh was performed while the private family service was taking place at Hawkinge crematorium. Also in thanksgiving for the life and great service to ringing of Roger Bailey.
