Rung with the bells half muffled to mark the 50th anniversary of the death of Sir Winston Spencer Churchill, Wartime Prime Minister.

Rung on the 50th anniversary of the half muffled peal of Plain Bob Minor rung upon these bells on the day of Churchill’s State Funeral, which is recorded on a peal board in the tower.

Rung also remembering Dennis Sutton former Tower Captain of Waddington whose funeral took place earlier today.
