Rung to welcome Rt Rev'd John Prichard, Bishop of Oxford, to North Marston as part of the promotion of the Pilgrimage of the Oxford Diocese.
North Marston is particularly important for Pilgrimage in the Diocese because of John Schorne, a vicar of North Marston from 1290 to 1314 discovered a Holy Well where the waters were said to have miraculous curative powers.
