Rung prior to the Annual Civic Service for the Gild of Freemen of the City of Lincoln.

The Service was attended by the Deputy Mayor of Lincoln, Councillor Yvonne Bodger, representing the Right Worshipful the Mayor of Lincoln, Councillor Patrick Vaughan, and the City Sheriff, Mrs Patricia Carter, both of whom were unable to be present as they were attending the Annual St. George’s Day Parade at the Cathedral.

Thanks to the band for persevering and pushing the bells along so that we could just squeeze this quarter in before the service, after the fifth rope broke during the third extent.
