Rung as a dedication to the life of Peter Coveney who served in the Oxford Diocesan Guild of bellringers for nearly 70 years before his death in February 2012. In recent years Peter had been an active member of Witney and Woodstock Branch and supporter of Stonesfield tower practices so the band members, representing Stonesfield tower and the Branch, wished to dedicate this QP to his memory.
