To congratulate Sir Ken Dodd on receiving a Knighthood in the Queen's 2017 New Year's Honours.

Nicholas D Brown is 25 years and 11 days old and is the youngest person to ring this bell single-handed to a peal, and the youngest to complete the "big four".
