In addition the peal was a mark of gratitude to Mrs Alton who had so ably assisted her husband during that period. It is interesting to note that the conductor, The Rev Albert Simpson is a nephew of Mr and Mrs Alton and also an old Strantonian. 3 - 1st Peal in the Method | |
