The Annual Lincolnshire Day Quarter at Bardney.

Rung to celebrate Lincolnshire Day which marks the anniversary of the Lincolnshire Rising of 1536 against Henry VIII and the Dissolution of the Monasteries.

Six monks from Bardney Abbey took part in the Lincolnshire rising of 1536 and were executed in 1537 for their roles in the rising.

First quarter in this method since the rules on methods were changed at the Central Council meeting in May 2016, previous to this the method was abolished by the Central Council in 1969. 'Welcome back Lincolnshire Bob Doubles!'
