Christmas closure

The Ringing World office will be closed from 20th December and will reopen on Monday 5th January. No purchases will be dispatched during this time.

Shipping costs

It is difficult to accurately calculate shipping charges on a per-item basis. If you feel you have been significantly overcharged on shipping, we are happy to receive a request to review and recalculate the actual charges for dispatching an order. We ask that you reserve this for larger orders as it increases our administration time.

Small order and overseas delivery charges

To cover postage, we apply a surcharge of £3 on all orders totalling less than £10 (excluding overseas postage).

Overseas postal charges are variable and added on the next screen.

USA shipping update - November 2025

We now add an extra charge to USA orders to allow for the recent change in tariff legislation (which now has no minimum threshold). We pay the tariffs in advance and you should receive items in good time.

Italian shipping

We understand that Italy will charge a 2 Euro customs administration fee on orders arriving from outside the EU. This will be collected from the recipient; we apologise for any delay.
