Rung to mark the 100th anniversary of the gas attack at Hill 60, Ypres. As a result of this, Private Alexander William (Will) Sanders, a bellringer at Shipton Gorge, lost his life (May 2nd., 1915.)

Rung before the Licensing and Installation Service for Rev. Andrew Mackenzie and Celebration of New Ministry. Andrew is to become the new vicar of the Chalk Stream group of parishes - Sydling St Nicholas, Frampton, Stratton and Bradford Peverell.

In memory of a Dorset woman at war, Mabel Annie St Clair Stobart (1862 – 1954). In April 1915 Stobart’s medical Unit - an all-woman team of doctors, nurses and orderlies - travelled to Serbia where there was an outbreak of typhus.

They set up a tented hospital on the racecourse outside the town of Kragujevatz, about 80 miles south of besieged Belgrade. Throughout the summer of 1915 Stobart organised roadside dispensaries within a fifty-mile radius of Kragujevatz.

Rung on the 70th anniversary of the first publication of Thomas the Tank Engine.
